Returns & Exchanges

Store credit only, no refunds. We are happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if there is a product defect. Exchanges will only be honored if requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing liz@lizaxelrod.com with your order number and 'exchange' in the subject line. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from Bella Mae Jewelry.

Made to order custom styles are final sale and cannot be exchanged once the order is complete. Pre-order purchases are also considered final sale. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect. Worn, used, or tarnished items due to improper care cannot be exchanged. These items will be sent back to you.
