Bella Mae Jewelry will ship out your order in 7-10 business days after receipt of order and payment. All custom jewelry may take an additional 3-5 days to make. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping on domestic orders and free shipping on domestic orders over $75. Priority Shipping, $9.50, and UPS Ground Shipping, $13, are also available at checkout. Each order will have a tracking number associated with your order once it has left our studio.

Please note, once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We do not have control over the shipping services and cannot guarantee their ability to deliver your package by any date.
